Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at paragon@paragon-international.com within 48 hours of receiving your stock. If the credit request is approved, we will Issue a refund to your Financial Institution..

Included with your request must be the following:

  • Container number and invoice number

  • Code & description of items broken or missing/oversupplied

  • Photos of all broken items

  • A brief description of the fault or issue
